The Core Promise
"If Smart Tech Bros misses the agreed delivery deadline for any reason within our control, we forfeit the remaining balance due on that milestone."
1. Deadline Clock Stops on Client Delays
Timer pauses if client takes 48+ hours to respond or delays providing assets/credentials/approvals.
2. Scope Frozen at SOW Signing
Guarantee applies only to signed SOW scope. Changes require a new Change Request and timeline.
3. Milestone-Based, Not Full Project
Guarantee applies per milestone. Forfeiture is limited to that milestone's remaining balance only.
4. Client Onboarding Within 5 Days
Client must provide all assets, access, and approvals within 5 business days of kickoff or guarantee is void.
5. Force Majeure
Guarantee does not apply for natural disasters, government shutdowns, or third-party platform outages.
6. Forfeiture Capped at Remaining Balance
Limited to unpaid balance of current milestone only. Does not apply to paid amounts or future milestones.
